We hope you love what your ordered, but we know that's not always the case. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for purchases made within the last 30 days. To be eligible for a refund on a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If damaged, worn, or open items are returned, we may not be able to process your refund. These same standards apply for eligibility to make an exchange.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on international orders under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following items, and as such, they are FINAL SALE:

• Gift Cards
• Game Used Items and Equipment
• Team Issued Items and Equipment (Pro Stock)
• Concert/Event Items, Locker Room Sale Items
• Signed memorabilia
• Limited Edition/Special Drops as noted in product description
• Shipping Costs
• Package Protection Costs
  
• Hockey cards (blasters, boxes, packs, etc.)

Please note: we are unable to accept returns for online orders in our physical store locations, including orders shipped to an address and orders shipped for pick up in the Flagship Store. Orders must be returned to our online department following the directions provided by our customer service team.

2025 EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

For item(s) that are returnable according to our standard return policy and purchased between October 25 and December 31, 2025 we’ll gladly give you a refund until January 9, 2026, or according to the standard return policy of the item, whichever is longer.
