How do I use my discount?
First, make sure you are logged into the account you used to sign up for your Season Seat Holder Discount! Once you have added items to your cart and proceed through the checkout process, you will be able to input your discount code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field.
What is my discount code?
Your discount code is your Season Seat Holder Account Number.
What is excluded from the discount?
All regular exclusions apply, including but not limited to:
- Game Used Items
- Sale Items
- Items with a charity component (such as Turtle Island)
- Shipping, taxes, and package protection
My discount isn’t working. How can I get help?
Please reach out to our support team at team@icedistrictauthentics.com before placing your order with your name, email address used for your IceDistrictAuthentics.com account, and your Season Seat Holder Account Number. We will respond within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) with further information!
Can I share my discount?
No. Each season seat holder is entitled to use their discount on the email connected to their season seat account. This discount cannot be used by or shared with others.
Please note, we are unable to retroactively apply discounts and the discount must be applied at the time of purchase.
