Calling all Edmonton Oilers Memorabilia Collectors!
Get your hands on a piece of Oilers history with this official David Tomasek game issued jersey! This jersey was issued to the player but was not worn in a live NHL game.
Each jersey is sold in "as-is" used condition. All game used/issued items are final sale. Each game worn/issued jersey will come with an Edmonton Oilers Team Jersey Set Tag and separate Game Worn Jersey Serial # Tag sewn into the lower inside hem.
SHIPPING RATES
For domestic (Canada) orders, shipping will vary based on location. Exceptions apply for international shipping, including shipping to the US. Exceptions also apply in the case of special product that requires additional shipping costs. Please see rates at checkout for final confirmation of shipping charges.
SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to fulfill orders within 3-5 days (Monday - Friday). Canada Post aims to deliver within 3-9 business days (within Canada and the USA) once picked up from our store.
Exceptions apply for pre-ordered product as well as made-to-order product (such as customized jerseys).
US SHIPPING
Due to new tariff and duty requirements set out in the recent executive order by the US Government, customers shipping items to the United States of America will be subject to additional duties after the purchase. These duties must be prepaid before we can ship your order.
Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you with an invoice that includes extra duties and fees based on your order. If you choose not to pay this additional invoice within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for purchases made within the last 30 days. To be eligible for a refund on a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If damaged, worn, or open items are returned, we may not be able to process your refund. These same standards apply for eligibility to make an exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following items, and as such, they are FINAL SALE:

- Face masks
- Gift Cards
- Game Used/Team issued Items and Equipment
- Signed memorabilia
- Concert/Event Items, Locker Room Sale Items
- Shipping Costs
- Package Protection Costs
- Hockey cards (blasters, boxes, packs, etc.)
