Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love what your ordered, but we know that's not always the case. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for purchases made within the last 30 days. To be eligible for a refund on a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If damaged, worn, or open items are returned, we may not be able to process your refund. These same standards apply for eligibility to make an exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following items, and as such, they are FINAL SALE:
- Customized jerseys
- Face masks
- Gift Cards
- Game Used Items and Equipment
- Team Issued Items and Equipment (Pro Stock)
- Signed memorabilia
- Concert/Event Items, Locker Room Sale Items
- Hockey cards (blasters, boxes, packs, etc.)
